We create our Kind to Hair products with quality materials and processes so they can give you long lasting style every time. But if they’ve developed a fault and are no longer in their warranty, we created our official repair service to get them back in style.
The Repair Process:
Step One
After you’ve completed check out, you’ll get your confirmation email with the returns instructions included. Please print out and post your confirmation email with your Iron.
Step Two
When we get your product, we’ll assess the repair. You’ll then receive your repaired Iron within 21 days.
The price includes a pre-paid label to return the Iron to us and also the cost for us returning it to you like new.
The CLOUD NINE Iron repair service comes with a free six-month warranty.
